Meet the Broker
I'm Tiphany Weeks, founder and broker of Diamond Real Estate Group, and a former full-time baseball wife who packed up and relocated more times than I can count. From Arizona spring training to the quiet corners of Florida, finding "home" was always the priority. Finding the right real estate agent wasn't always easy, and that realization inspired me to build something different.
Today, I'm proud to serve as a Royal Cypress Preserve & Dr. Phillips real estate specialist, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of Orlando's premier luxury markets while serving clients throughout Central Florida.
With a background in marketing and professional sales, combined with a passion for people and real estate, I built a boutique brokerage that breaks the mold. It's flexible, locally rooted, and fiercely client-first.
